Is it possible to get a 2 bedrooms at Wharf Residence at S$1.6M

Hi Mr Henry,
I will say it's worth a try. Even though most of the units are priced from $1.7M to $2M at the moment, there are still units priced at $1.6M plus which can be negotiated down to $1.6M or even lesser.
But I hope you understand that with your budget constraint, you might not be able to purchase your ideal/ desired stack or floor level.
I will recommend to speak to a few mobile bankers and check whether is it possible to adjust your budget. I have a team of hardworking bankers, if you need any I will introduce them to you.
At the meantime, probably we can view the floor plan of those units with much lower quantum asking first. You might have a good unit out of them.
